To print Request-A-Print orders using the PrintRAP Utility
The PrintRAP Utility allows you to print saved Request-A-Print (RAP) orders onto ISI's Request-A-Print forms from any computer printer. (To order forms, contact ISI at (800) 336-4474 in the U.S. and Canada; or (215) 386-0100 in all other countries.). To use this utility, you must download the PrintRAP Utility program and install the program files on your local computer. Once the program is installed, your saved RAP lists can be printed.
The PrintRAP Utility program can be installed on more than one computer. For instance, you may find that you would prefer to print your RAP orders from home rather than from work. If so, feel free to keep a copy of the PrintRAP Utility program on both computers, in order to print your RAP cards from either location.
To install the PrintRAP Utility program:
- From the ISI Software web page (http://www.isi-software.isinet.com), click on the PrintRAP Utility link to download the program. At the prompt, save the file to a folder of your choice (make sure to select a folder where you would like the full, extracted program files to be located).
- Once
the file is saved, click on it to extract the following program files. (These files will be placed in the same folder as the downloaded file.)
